What: The US Supreme Court will hear arguments against Prop 8 on March 26th and the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) on March 27th.  In recognition of those historic hearings a rally, a march and vigils have been planned.  Concerned citizens from across the Bay Area will gather at Harvey Milk Plaza in a show of solidarity that Prop 8 and DOMA must be banished.  A few speakers will address the gathering before marching up Market Street to San Francisco City Hall.  There will be a second rally on the front steps of City Hall followed by speakers expressing support for full citizenship for all LGBT Americans. This could be the last time Prop 8 ever has to be addressed.  Vigils will take place on the following nights 3/26 and 3/27 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. outside the CA Supreme Court building at 350 McAllister Street, S.F. in recognition of the cases being heard on those dates.
