Alice Pride Breakfast 2010

































































































































On Sunday June 27th I attended Alice B. Toklas Democratic Club's Alice Pride Breakfast 2010! A beautiful day for a Parade!

Breakfast started at 8:15 a.m. at the Yank Sing at Rincon Center - a beautiful spot to show off Alice Pride and introduce so many dignitaries! Everyone was dressed so festive with happy smiles.

Of course there was a serious part to the event, to introduce the Democratic Party Nominees for Election in November 2010, including Jerry Brown.

Alice also introduced their candidates for Supervisor - Rebecca Prozan, Scott Wiener and Theresa Sparks.

A huge success! Attendees included Congressmember Jackie Speier, Senate President ProTem Darrell Steinberg, State Senator Mark Leno and State Senator Leland Yee, Assemblymember Tom Ammiano, Board of Equalization Member Betty Yee, District Attorney Kamala Harris, Public Defender Jeff Adachi, Treaurer Jose Cisneros, Assessor/Recorder Phil Ting, Supervisor David Chiu, Bevan Dufty, Sophie Maxwell, Carmen Chu, David Campos, Sean Elsbernd, School Board Member Kim-Shree Maufas, Rachael Norton and Sandra Lee Fewer.
