On Sunday, January 29th a celebration of Michael Goldstein's Life was held at SEIU 1021.  A roomful of friends celebrated and said goodbye.  A very sad moment and a poignant moment knowing  that we will always remember Michael, but that we must move forward, together, once again.

Speakers included Eileen Hansen, Debra Walker, Tom Ammiano, Gabriel Haaland, Carole Migden, MIke Casey,  David Campos and  Mark Leno.

On January 21, 2012, on a beautiful sunny day a full house at Grace Cathedral held a memorial for Walter Johnson,  beloved labor leader, friend to all of San Francisco.
