100th Anniversary of the San Francisco Labor Temple. Street Fair.
When:  July 5, 2014 - Saturday

Where:  Capp Street between 15th Street and 16th Street, San Francisco
What:100th Anniversary of the San Francisco Labor Temple at 2940-16th Street.  Built by the San Francisco Labor Council in 1914.  It housed the City's main labor unions and was the site of meetings and planning for the 1934 General Strike.  
Street Fair - music, artists, dancers, performers, poets and puppeteers on themes that relate to the history of the San Francisco labor movement.  The street fair will heighten public visibility of the current struggles of the Fight for the $15. minimum wage, the Fight for a Community Jobs Program and the Fight against Displacement in our Neighborhoods.
