What:  Stop Illegal Tourist Conversions.  Tenants are being Ellis evicted and thousands of rent controlled apartments are being lost to illegal tourist conversions through sites like Airbnb.  Though these conversions are illegal under two laws, San Francisco has done nothing to stop them.  Demand  action!  Begin a citizens campaign against them.

What:  Cha Cha Cha is holding a fundraiser for Mission District Backpack Giveaway.  On August 9, the Mission Economic Development Agency and San Francisco's Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services will come together to give away 2,000 backpacks to Mission District kids to get ready for back to school.  Join us to raise donations to  support this event - Cha Cha Cha will donate a portion of the night's revenue.
