Attended march Thursday afternoon in protest of the proposed cuts to City services for families.
They demand:
- Protect services for San Francisco's most vulnerable populations
- Prioritize the City's most valuable assets - our children and families
- Make the City's budget process transparent
- Report and engage the community as equal partners and as a valuable resource.
The crowd was large, with music, but is was very cold and windy - almost too windy to hold up signs. Eric Quesada, Supervisor John Avalos and Supervisor David Campos spoke.
