Rally Sunday outside of the Fairmont Hotel for Barack Obama. Inside they were raising over $7,000,000 outside we were defending Barack Obama against McCain people (didn't see any McCain people? ).
It was freezing cold but everyone hung on because their was the rumor that Barack Obama was going to come out and say hello. The new Chair of the San Francisco Party Aaron Peskin spoke to the crowd. Alec Bash and Craig Newirk (Craig's list) were out drumming up the crowd and then the stylish, smart looking Christine Pelosi came out and charged up the crowd.
Of course Jane Morrison was there - looking marvelous!!!!!

Information:
Thank you! On the San Francisco Democratic Party's new website (which is still under construction) they have posted the minutes from the Endorsement Meeting - David Chiu did an excellent job (recording secretary) not only are all the people who spoke for two hours listed, but they are listed by category of who they spoke for. The document is 45 pages long - I was so happy to see the minutes - it was like reading a mystery story and not being able to read the last page! Now I can understand what happened - the voting chart makes it very easy to read and understand the votes.
My only comments:
Carole Migden - Tony Gantner?
Fiona Ma - against tenants rights?
Community College - why did eleven people vote no endorsement for one of the slots?
Hey - maybe we could vote for more women?
