Democratic State Convention/Political Calendar















































Democratic State Convention was held in San Jose this weekend. Everyone knows by now that there was no endorsement in the State Senate Race between Migden and Leno - a lot of good people, excellent organization on both sides.

Districk Attorney Kamala Harris is a superstar- spoke for Obama.

Everyone was talking about Jerry Brown running for Governor again!

A lot of people were missing - they probably didn't want to be in the middle of the "battle".

This wasn't a fun convention - but the convention was important - people were there for Obama and Hillary - and they really care about their candidate - there is new blood in the Democratic Party - we just have to move on from June...

It was nice to see at the end of convention there were honoring the "Great Democrats" who had passed away this last year - that Jim Rivaldo's name was on the list.
