March for Non-Violence - Eva Royale

Another beautiful day in the Mission. Went to "Women and Children's March for Non-Violence" sponsored by Dolores Huerta, Co-founder of the UFW, Assemblywoman Fiona Ma and Eva Royale (Candidate for Supervisor - District 9).

Eva and friends walked to Parque Del Ninos, a wonderful Park and Recreation Center at 23rd Street and Treat Avenue, near where there has been a lot of violence lately.

The first picture is of Dolores Huerta, Eva Royale's cousin who drove from Sacramento to be here for the rally, Assemblywoman Fiona Ma and Eva Royal.

Eva Royale has had a good week - being endorsed by the San Francisco Examiner and the Bay Area Reporter.

Walking back to Misson Street I walked by a group of mothers with their children outside painting with water colors. So cute!!!

On the way back I talked to David Campos, candidate for Supervisor in District Nine, who was standing outside Walgreen's near 24th Street. He said the campaign had walked every precinct and that things were going well.
